CHILLI ACHAR CHICKEN MARINADE RECIPE

Chicken Marinade Recipe

500g chicken thighs or breast
200ml coconut milk
1 heaped t spoon of Crunch Preserves Chilli Achar
2 large garlic cloves crushed.

Combine the achar and crushed garlic mix in the coconut milk, add the chicken.. Leave in Fridge to marinade for 2 hours or overnight if possible.
