Baked Brie with Fig Jam
Brie baked in the oven until soft and oozy, topped with our Fig & Szechuan Pepper Jam.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 wheel of Brie or Camembert, in a wooden box or ceramic bowl to fit 
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. 
- Fresh thyme to garnish 
- Crackers to serve 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre heat oven to 180C. (fan forced 160C). 
- Remove any plastic packaging, leave cheese in its wooden box or a ceramic dish to fit. 
- Score the top of the cheese in a cross pattern and drizzle with oil. 
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. 
- Remove from oven and serve straight away topped with Fig & Szechuan Pepper Jam and fresh Thyme.
