Beef Stir Fry with Jalapeño Relish
A quick, easy and heathy Beef Stir Fry with our Jalapeño Relish. You can use your favourite vegetables and serve on top of egg noodles.
INGREDIENTS
MARINADE
- 1 lemongrass stalk, finely chopped 
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled & minced 
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, briefly toasted in a hot pan 
- pinch of sugar 
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
- 2 teaspoon fish sauce 
- 125g sirloin steak, thinly sliced 
- 2 tablespoons oil 
- red capsicum, thinly sliced 
- yellow capsicum, thinly sliced 
- snow peas 
- red cabbage 
- 100g fresh egg noodles 
- 1-2 tablespoons Jalapeño Relish 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the marinade ingredients, season with salt & pepper, add the beef and mix to coat well. Cover and set aside for an hour or overnight. 
- Cook the noodles as per the packet and drain. 
- Heat the wok on high, sear the beef, set aside, then cook the vegetables to your liking. 
- Add the noodles and beef to the wok.
