Chilli Jam Omelette
A simple Omelette made with Ham and Cheese and the sweet and spiciness from our favourite Chilli Jam.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs 
- 2 tablespoons milk 
- 2 slices ham, into strips 
- 1 heaped tablespoon chilli jam 
- 20g butter 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Break the eggs into a small bowl. Add the milk and a little salt and pepper, then mix well using a fork or a whisk. Add in the ham and chilli jam and mix until everything is combined. 
- Place a small non stick fry pan over medium heat. Add the butter and gently swirl the pan until it has melted and coated the base. 
- Add the egg mixture and swirl so it covers the base of the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the egg is set. 
- Using a big spatula, carefully scoop under one half of the omelette and fold over the other half.
