Fig & Szechuan Pepper Jam, Cream Cheese & Gluten Free Crackers
This is even better than cream cheese drizzled in sweet chilli sauce!
INGREDIENTS
250g cream cheese
1-2 tablespoons Crunch Preserves Fig & Szechuan Pepper Jam
1-2 tablespoons water
1 packet Black Bean Crackers
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan mix together the jam and water and then warm over medium heat until it softens into a sauce.
Place cream cheese onto a plate, drizzle over the jam and serve with crackers.
