Guacamole with Jalapeno Relish
Guacamole made with our Jalapeno Relish, fresh coriander, lime, tomatoes and shallots, easily mixed through smashed avocado.
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
1/2 lime
1 shallot
4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 bunch coriander
1 tablespoon Jalapeno Relish
pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely dice the tomatoes, shallot and coriander then mash together with the avocado, lime and relish.
Serve with the other half of the lime and corn chips.
