Puff Pastry Bites with Fig Jam & Goat's Cheese
These pastry squares with our Fig & Szechuan Jam and goat’s cheese make the perfect snack or canapé. The recipe uses ready-rolled puff pastry so all the hard work is already done for you.
INGREDIENTS
2 sheets puff pastry
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 wheel of brie
1 jar of Cranberry, Orange & Champagne Sauce
caramelised vinegar to garnish
fresh rosemary to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut pastry into 4cm squares bake in 200 degree oven for 10 minutes, flatten with a spoon, add crumbled goats cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes. Leave to cool for 5 minutes then add spoon some fig and Szechuan pepper jam on top.
Serve straight away.
