Mushroom Bruschetta with Caramelised Onion Jam
Mushrooms, Garlic, Thyme and Caramelised Onion Jam piled onto Crusty Sourdough Bread.
INGREDIENTS
- 400g sliced mushrooms 
- 1 tablespoons olive oil 
- 2 tablespoons butter 
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves 
- garlic salt and pepper 
- 4 slices of sourdough bread 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil and butter in frypan over high heat. 
- Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 
- Add the thyme and season with garlic salt and pepper. 
- Toast the bread and spread generously with the Caramelised Onion Jam. 
- Pile on the mushrooms and serve.
