Chilli Achar Yoghurt Marinated Chicken
Tender marinated chicken thighs in yoghurt and our Chilli Achar sauce. An easy dinner, perfect served with steamed Basmati rice.
INGREDIENTS
6 chicken thighs (optional skinless / boneless)
1 teaspoon Crunch Chilli Achar
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together the Chilli Achar and yoghurt and pour over chicken. Toss to coat and then marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
Heat grill to really high, coat in oil, then add the chicken and grill until cooked through and golden.
Serve with steamed Basmati rice!
