Prawn Blinis with Chilli Achar Mayo
Easy yet full of flavour mini Bellinis topped with fresh prawns, our own Chilli Achar mayo, avocado and a squeeze of lime juice.
INGREDIENTS
12 store bought mini blinis
12 cooked prawns
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Crunch Preserves Chilli Achar
1 avocado
1 lime
Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place blinis on a tray in a hot oven for 5 minutes to firm up, remove and leave to cool.
Mix the mayonnaise with the Chilli Achar and spread generously over each blini. Top each with a cooked prawn.
In a bowl mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, season with salt and pepper, and then add a small amount on top of each prawn.
Squeeze over fresh lime and serve!
