INGREDIENTS
Bread & Crackers - rice crackers, wafer thin crackers, mini toasts, pretzels & focaccia
Cheese - brie, cheddar, apricot cream cheese & baked feta
Meat - salami & cabanossi
Fruit - sliced apple, orange & grapes
Olives - Sicilian
Nuts - raw cashews
Dips - hummus topped with Jalapeno Relish, Tomato Relish, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Spiced Dukkah
Chilli Pickled Onions
Fresh Honeycomb
BAKED FETA
1 block Greek feta
Olive oil to cover
5 cloves garlic, peeled
2 sprigs rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
BAKED FETA
Pre heat oven to 200C. Place feta in a small, oven proof dish, add the garlic and rosemary then cover with oil. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until oil is molten and garlic is caramelised.
Place sliced focaccia in hot oven for 10 minutes to toast.
Assemble board starting with large items first, then use smaller items such as nuts to fill the gaps. Try to group similar flavoured foods, such as meat, olives and pickled onions together then the sweeter items such as honeycomb, apricot cheese and fruit together
